Ben has a strong corporate design background with a focus on strategic brand positioning and building brands across multiple channels.He worked as a brand strategist for Deepend, as creative director for Grey Matter Williams & Phoa and as a senior designer for Pentagram. He lives between London and Berlin and graduated in communication design in Berlin.

Growing up next to the beach in a tranquil sunny town near the tip of Boso peninsula in Japan, Juri Kobayashi had a peaceful and rather sleepy childhood until 8 years old when her family moved to Tokyo.
Lars is founder and director of less rain. He holds a master degree in interactive media from Middlesex University, London and a diploma in communication design from the FH Düsseldorf.
